Qualifications: Danielle is Stoott Pilates trained. Stott Pilates is a branded version of the Pilates method of physical exercise that was developed by Moira Merrithew (Stott) and commercialized by Moira with her husband, Lindsay Merrithew, starting in 1988. Reps level 3. Excellence Qualified. BSc (hons) Sports Therapy.
Position: Pilates instructor and Personal Trainer
Information: Danielle has worked in the fitness industry for about 10 years. Having fallen in love with Pilates she has trained to become a Stott Pilates instructor. She is able to incorporate Pilates into a training plan during 1-2-1 sessions or deliver Pilates to small groups. Danielle enjoys training with clients out in the open but is equally happy to train within the home. Her strengths lie in tailoring sessions to individual needs, setting and working towards a clients goals. Particular areas of interest are running, return from injury and injury prevention, pre and post natal, toning and weight loss.

Further information:Danielle believes that most people could benefit from pilates as it is extremely adaptable. Its appeal is wide ranging from young to old, and includes all walks of life from elite athletes all the way through to those returning from illness or injury. Danielles’ own training has most recently included preparing for marathons and 10km runs and makes pilates an essential part of her preparation. Pilates can be for anyone and everyone.
